Manouba: Setting up a listening platform in the Douar Hicher youth center

The Douar Hicher Youth Center in Manouba Province recently established a platform for listening and social and psychological support aimed at supporting youth in the region. This initiative was announced by the director of the house, Afraa Al-Hanashi, during a statement to the Tunisian News Agency.
This innovative platform is the result of a fruitful cooperation with the “Tunisia Plus” association and is part of the “SOLVE” (Solutions to Violent Extremism) project of the “Ma’an” program. The design of the platform was preceded by a two-day training and discussion session, which included a group of young people from the region. This session also included in-depth training on communication techniques, with the aim of enhancing participants’ personal skills.
In the same context, the Executive Director of the “Tunisia Plus” Association, Shukri Fida, confirmed that the “SOLVE” project was launched in January 2022.
